Writer/Producer/Director/Editor - Valentina B. Ganeva
Born in Bulgaria, Valentina B. Ganeva is graduate of the National Academy for Theatre and Film Arts in Sofia. She holds a BA degree in Film History and Theory. She made her mark as a freelance journalist for major Bulgarian publications covering the international film festivals from Cannes and Berlin to New York and Sundance. In 1990, Valentina relocated to Los Angeles and became a video editor. In 1997 she joined the post-production company, Murex Films, Inc. known for editing numerous hit music videos, commercials, documentaries and independent films. Now Ms. Ganeva is the executive producer and the co-owner of Murex Films, Inc. "Schindler, Space Architect" is her first film as a director/producer. She is also the writer and editor of the film.
Director of Photography - Jacek Laskus, ASC, PSC
Born in Poland, Jacek Laskus is graduate of Polish National Film Academy in Lodz. He came to the US in 1977 and has worked with directors like Donald Petrie, Sr., Robert Altman, Michael Pressman, Michael Tolkin and Award-winning directors such as Jonathan Demme, Zbigniew Rybczynski. He was nominated twice by the ASC for his work on THE CAINE MUTINY COURT-MARTIAL and GARDEN OF REDEMPTION. He was a co–cinematographer on the Academy Award–nominated full-length documentary COLORS STRAIGHT UP. Laskus is a Senior Lecturer at the American Film Institute in Los Angeles. He is a member of the American Society of Cinematographers and of the Polish Society of Cinematographers.
Co-Producer/Director of Photography - Danny Ducovny
Danny Ducovny is considered one of the finest commercial director/cinematographers in the world. Ducovny is famous for launching worldwide successful campaigns. He has directed over 1000 commercials including campaigns for over 100 Fortune 500 companies such as American Airlines, Chevy, Amex, Pfizer, etc. Danny has been honored to receive countless awards. He is the only person to win the Kodak Cinematography Award twice. Danny is currently in residence at Pepperdine Film School as professor of cinematography.
Producer - James Rega
James Rega is an entrepreneur, art collector and a preservationist. He has earned 2 awards for best architectural restoration. First in 2014, "A Modern Masterpiece Award" from the Saving Our Heritage Organization in San Diego for his restoration of Pueblo Ribera Court, 1923 arch. R.M. Schindler in La Jolla. The second award, in 2015, the "Conservancy Preservation Award" for his restoration of the Kun House, 1935 arch. Richard Neutra in Los Angeles. Currently he is realizing the famous 50x50 Residence, arch. Mies van der Rohe (designed 1950, but never built) in Napa Valley, California. Without his passion for modern architecture this project would've never been conceived. He and his business partner Max Leidermann have been the principal financial supporters.
Exec. Producer - Stephen Nemeth
Stephen Nemeth formed and heads up Rhino Films. He is a producer known for “The Sessions”(2012), “Climate Refugees” (2010), “Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas”(1998). As an executive producer he has been essential in bringing to completion many documentaries, most notable: “Dogtown and Z- Boys”(2001), “Flow: For Love of Water” (2008), “Robert Williams Mr.Bitchin” (2010), ”Education, Inc”(2015), “Higher Love” (2020). He is also working with Amnesty International trough Artists for Amnesty on developing and producing human rights related projects. Nemeth is a member of the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences and on the board of numerous nonprofit organizations including the International Documentary Association and is on the dean’s board of the UC Santa Cruz’s School for the Arts.
