Producer/Director/Editor - Valentina B. Ganeva
Born in Bulgaria, Valentina B. Ganeva is graduate of the National Academy for Theatre and Film Arts in Sofia. She holds a BA degree in Film History and Theory. She made her mark as a freelance journalist for major Bulgarian publications covering the international film festivals from Cannes and Berlin to Sundance. After relocating to Los Angeles, Valentina became Murex Films, Inc. co-owner and an exec. producer. During her time with the company 1997-2019, Valentina built an extensive resume as an editor as well. Her lifelong interest in art, architecture and design merged with her knowledge and experience in film and video production culminated in “Schindler Space Architect”, a passion project about the life and works of R.M. Schindler.
Director of Photography - Jacek Laskus, ASC, PSC
Born in Poland, Jacek Laskus is graduate of Polish National Film Academy in Lodz. He has worked with directors like Robert Altman, Michael Tolkin, Jonathan Demme among many others. He was nominated twice by the ASC for his work on THE CAINE MUTINY COURT-MARTIAL and GARDEN OF REDEMPTION. He was a co–cinematographer on the Academy Award–nominated full-length documentary COLORS STRAIGHT UP. Member of the American Society of Cinematographers (ASC) since 2000. Director of Photography/Co-Producer - Danny Ducovny
Danny Ducovny is considered one of the finest commercial director/cinematographers in the world. He is known for launching worldwide successful campaigns for companies such as American Airlines, Chevy, Amex, Pfizer, etc. Danny has been honored to receive countless awards. He is the only person to win the Kodak Cinematography Award twice. He is currently in residence at Pepperdine Film School as professor of cinematography.
Exec. Producer - Stephen Nemeth
Stephen Nemeth formed and heads up Rhino Films, He is a producer known for “The Sessions”(Sundance 2012 Audience Award, 2013 Academy Award nomination for Helen Hunt), “Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas”(1998). As an executive producer he has been essential in bringing to completion many documentaries, most notable: “Dogtown and Z- Boys”(Sundance 2001 Audience Award), Wardance (2008 Academy Award nomination), Fuel (Sundance 2008 Audience Award), Robert Williams Mr.Bitchin”. Nemeth is a member of the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences and on the board of numerous nonprofit organizations including Friends of the Earth, Children Uniting Nations and the International Documentary Association. Exec. Producer - James Rega
James Rega is an entrepreneur, art collector and a preservationist. He has earned 2 awards for best architectural restoration. First in 2014, "A Modern Masterpiece Award" from the Saving Our Heritage Organization in San Diego for his restoration of Pueblo Ribera Court, 1923 arch. R.M. Schindler in La Jolla. The second award, in 2015, the "Conservancy Preservation Award" for his restoration of the Kun House, 1935 arch. Richard Neutra in Los Angeles. Currently he is realizing the famous 50x50 Residence, arch. Mies van der Rohe (designed 1950, but never built) in Napa Valley, California. Without his passion for modern architecture this project would've never been conceived.
